1. Introduction

These Domain Registration Terms of Service (“Domain Registration ToS”) supplement the Universal Terms of Service (“UToS”) of Premo Digital. By availing of our domain registration services, you agree to adhere to these terms. In case of any conflict between these Domain Registration ToS and the UToS, these Domain Registration ToS shall prevail.

2. Product

Premo Digital offers fee-based domain name registrations, transfers, domain privacy, and renewal services (“Domain Registration Product”). Customers may purchase available top-level domains (.TLDs) for the minimum time period(s) listed on our website.

3. Free Domain Name Credit

Certain web hosting plans include free domain name registration or transfer credits (“Domain Name Credit”). This credit may cover the cost of the first year of domain registration or transfer. Renewals are subject to the then-current pricing.

4. Domain Name Privacy

Our Domain Registration Product offers privacy features that mask customer identifying and contact information from the WHOIS registry. Company information replaces customer data, except for the “Organization Name.”

5. Domain Name Transfers

Customers may request domain name transfers to Premo Digital for a fee. Transfers extend the expiration date for one year. Only top-level domains (.TLDs) listed on our website are eligible for transfer.

6. Signup, Fees, and Auto-Renewal

To avail of the Domain Registration Product, customers must sign up and pay the applicable Domain Registration Product Fee on our website or through the account management panel (“AMP”). Fees are subject to auto-renewal unless specified otherwise. Renewals occur on the date listed in the Customer Account, with exceptions for domain name registrations and SSL renewals.

7. Non-Refundable and Cancellation of Product

Customers acknowledge that Domain Registration Product Fees are non-refundable, and the product is non-cancellable.
