1. Introduction

These Web Hosting Terms of Service (“Web Hosting ToS”) are supplementary to and subject to the Universal Terms of Service (“UToS”) of Premo Digital. By accessing or using our web hosting plans (“Web Hosting Products”), you agree to abide by these terms. In case of any conflict between these Web Hosting ToS and the UToS, these Web Hosting ToS shall prevail.

2. Products

Premo Digital offers various web hosting plans wherein customer content will be hosted on our servers.

3. Signup, Fees, and Auto-Renewal

To avail of a Web Hosting Product, customers must sign up and pay the applicable Web Hosting Product Fee as per the then-current rates. These fees are subject to auto-renewal unless specified otherwise by the customer in the account management panel.

4. Product Features and Implementations

Upon signup and payment, customers will receive a unique domain name system (“DNS”) identifier. Hardware and software resources used for delivering the Web Hosting Products may be shared among customers on the same servers.

5. Usage Restrictions

While we offer unlimited disk space and bandwidth, customers must use the Web Hosting Products solely for hosting websites. Use of the products for online file storage or archiving unrelated data is prohibited.

6. Shared Hosting Platforms

Certain hosting plans operate on shared platforms. Customers are required to ensure that their content does not adversely affect server performance. Premo Digital reserves the right to ask customers to modify their content or upgrade their plans if necessary.

7. WHMCS License

Customers opting for the WHMCS license on Web Hosting Reseller plans are bound by the WHMCS Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

8. VPS and Dedicated Plans

VPS and Dedicated Server plans offer dedicated resources to customers. Customers have full control over server space and configuration.

9. Control Panel Licenses

Control panel licenses are included based on the purchased plan. Additional licenses may be purchased separately. Failure to renew licenses may result in suspension, but it won’t disrupt hosting plan availability unless the plan itself is suspended.

10. Backup Policy

Customers are responsible for backing up their data. Data snapshots will be deleted upon plan upgrades or downgrades.

11. Third-Party Software

Customers are bound by terms and conditions related to third-party software provided by Premo Digital.

12. Managed Hosting Support

Customers may purchase support blocks or monthly subscription packages for Managed Hosting support.

13. Beta Services

Customers using Beta Services acknowledge the pre-release nature of these services and agree to the terms and conditions specified for Beta Services.

14. Provisions Specific to Managed SSL

Managed SSL includes provisions for SSL certificate management and re-keying for non-Company servers.

15. Company as Reseller or Licensor

Premo Digital acts as a reseller or licensor for hardware, software, and equipment used in connection with the Products.

16. IP Address Ownership

IP addresses assigned by Premo Digital remain the property of Premo Digital. Unused IP addresses may be reassigned after 30 days.

17. Caching

Premo Digital is granted a license to cache Customer Content.

18. CPU Usage

Excessive CPU usage is prohibited. Violations may result in corrective actions by Premo Digital.

19. Bandwidth and Disk Usage

Usage should not exceed agreed limits. Premo Digital reserves the right to take corrective actions if usage exceeds agreed limits.

20. Account Limitations

Upon termination, all free products provided by Premo Digital will be canceled or revoked.

21. Service Uptime Guarantee

Uptime guarantees apply to Shared Business Class Pro accounts. Customers may request credits for downtime not meeting uptime guarantees.

22. Third-Party Software

Customers are bound by terms and conditions related to third-party software provided by Premo Digital.

23. Operating Software

Hosting services may operate in different versions of Linux® environments. Customers may commission specific operating systems for their hosting services.
